1. How could I get samples?

We can supply some free samples to our old customers. if you have a FedEx, DHL, TNT account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.

In most of the cases you have to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company.

2.How much the courier freight will be for the samples?

Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and volume of the samples.

3. How can I get your price list?

Please send us email or fax for our price list and order information.

4 . How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:

* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details ( in China or Hong Kong )

5 . What's your usual payment term for orders?

Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation. We don't accept payment by credit card or bank Check.

6 . How can the products be sent to us?

a. Goods weight less than 30KG, normally delivery by EMS or DHL.

b. Goods weight more than 45KG, delivery by Air freight (air freight's minimum chargeable weight at 45KG).

c. Goods weight between 30-45KG, delivery by Air freight or DHL.

d. For orders from 50 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
e. For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.

The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ). You can also arrange your own freight forwarding company (must be in Hong Kong), and we will delivery the goods to your freighter forwarder.

7 . Can you arrange the transportation for us ?

Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

10. Can you do the OEM brand for your prodcut?

Yes, we can do it for you. But for mim-order should be 5000pcs or more, you need provide us your design idea or drawing artwork. For your OEM brand and design, we will not sell to others.

11.Can you sourcing other products for us?

Yes, we can provide the service for you, the commission is based 5% of your purchase value.
